Monthly fractional retainer, or advisory equity for longer-term builds.

Most engagements run as a scoped monthly retainer. For companies we believe in and want to help build over time, we take advisory equity alongside a lighter retainer — so incentives are aligned to your outcome. No capital is pooled or deployed; capital-readiness work and investor introductions are priced on a fixed/retainer basis, never as a percentage of any raise.
